"Can’t believe I’ve lived this long without it. Simply a brilliant knife. Balanced and gorgeous."
"Amazing knife. From the craftsmanship to the sharpens. Its a work of art. Seeing it up on the board dont even want to use it. Truly one of the best knifes in my set."
"Perfect for the big jobs"
"This is a nice knife. . . my first Japanese knife. It's amazing how much quicker vegetables prep goes"
"Great selection for the 3 season cottage. Thanks for the help on this one Team Knifewear!"
"This knife is a stunning example of form and function. It is razor thin, light, and a work of art. The 240mm length makes it my favourite all-purpose knife in my kit, and the fact that its stainless makes care so simple. Despite that, its held an edge just as well as my carbon knives. If you are thinking about getting this knife - stop thinking, do it!"
"Honestly a beast of a knife! So sharp, and perfectly weighted. And beautiful too!"
"If you're simply an at-home chef, this is the only knife you will ever need. In addition to being sharp, durable, and easy to handle, it's also absolutely beautiful. I feel actual joy whenever I'm able to use the knife. Surely this joy will fade with time, but I doubt the edge ever will!"
"I went to the Knifewear located on Bank Street in Ottawa and the staff was lovely. After asking about my desires and needs, they have found many knives for me to test out and the Masakage Kumo Gyuto 240mm was definitly the right fit for me. It's an amazing knife. It is ultra sharp, featherweight and is very comfortable to hold. The staff also showed me how to maintain and sharpen it. All in all, awesome products from an awesome store with qualified staff. 10/10 recommend."
"Great service and price. Thank you"
