Reviews
Excellent class if you are thinking about it just do it!
"I have started to look into and get into the world of Japanese knives and purchased two. Wanting to be able to sharpen them myself thought I should take the class. It was excellent lots of good information and able to get hands on with a lot of the gear they sell to help figure out what you want to purchase. Colin did the class and he was awesome. Can’t recommend it enough!"

Informative and good fun.
"- I enjoyed myself at this class. Our instructor was easy to understand and entertaining. The first half of the class was informative. The second half was hands on with a chance to apply the learned skills. Overall it was well worth the money for anyone who is interested to learn to sharpen their own knives."

I am now the sharpest knife in the drawer
"I already had some basic sharpening practice, but wanted to really learn proper technique to get the most out of my knives and sharpening stones. Maddie was a fantastic teacher who gave fantastic instructions and very specific and useful feedback. She was also hilarious and made the whole class feel like hanging out with friends. My knives have never been sharper. No tomato is safe."

Q&A
hi I'd like to sign up for a knife sharpening class this thursday with my son (in Ottawa) do I just go ahead and purchase via the web site ? Is there any other personal info needed ? thanks Steve
Please do go ahead and purchase a spot for each of you for the class online. The purchase will require your phone number and email address and that's all the team needs before the class. They'll call or email a couple days before the class to confirm attendance too so you'll get a reminder :)
