Le Tomita Hamono Nisaku Namiba est l'un des meilleurs couteaux à pain que j'aie jamais utilisés. Les dentelures sont agressives mais douces, ce qui signifie qu'il peut manipuler facilement le levain le plus coriace sans laisser un tas de miettes sur votre comptoir. Le manche décalé le rend parfait pour ceux qui ont de grandes mains, et la lame en acier inoxydable 420J2 est plutôt douce, donc assez robuste. Avec un beau polissage et un élégant manche en bois, il mérite d'être exposé dans votre cuisine !
