"Useful as a sujihiki or as a gyuto. Great weight, not too light, but not heavy for long use."
"I am very happy with the Tetsuhiro from an astetics perspective. I love SG2 steel and bought 5 in the set and they are absolutely gorgeous. As was pointed out from other reviewers, they are not as sharp as they should be or what I would expect from Knifewear. I saw a response from knifewear saying they are addressing that in another review, which is great to hear because I am in the process of ordering two more to complete my set. I am hoping knitwear will ensure they are sharp before being sent. Overall, very happy with these beautiful knives."
