"It was a gift and I got it engraved at Lasercraft Calgary. They did an amazing job with those 2 Kanji. I hear the knife is perfectly balanced, incredibly sharp and will serve them for life. Thank you all at the store. Peter C"
"This blade is absolutely beautiful to use and to look at. The comfort is spectacular, and it cuts like it's going through butter no matter what is being chopped."
"The geometry, edge retention, and form factor are awesome for a home cook with a small counter. The only minor issues are the following. The damascus pattern creates friction with towels when trying to dry the blade, and the decorative rings on the handle are nor flush with the wood. Despite those issues the, the knife is a joy to use, and can handle both soft and hard vegetables perfectly."
