Incredible!
"This one surprised me the most as easily one of my favourites! The thin blade cuts smoothly through anything. For a light knife, very little pressure is required to make nice cuts. I will be buying more as gifts!"

"I've got two chromax knives as well as sk-4, vg-10, and super blue, and I really like the chromax. The Takamuras are very thin, which is great geometry for cutting, but this isn't a beater or workhorse. The steel is very slow to patina, and while the gyuto was a bit chippy (fixed with some sharpening) the santoku hasn't given me any problems. Perfect for veggies, boneless meats, etc."
"I've had this knife for over a year and use it every day and is still above average sharp .this is a great knife my brother bought us another one so my wife and I both have one .can't go wrong with knife .this store is awesome and the people that work here know there knives."
"as a layperson, wonderful wonderful knife. Gorgeous, feels great, highly recommended"
