"This cleaver has an amazing edge, and is a fabulous addition to my growing collection of knives from Knifewear."
"This cleaver is awesome! has a great weight to it, comfortable to use, awesome for chopping things in bulk and scooping them up to transfer to bowls/pots, etc. Very satisfied with this knife"
"Good blade, nice edge. Not too heavy. I wish the handle was a little bit longer, but that's about it."
"Big enough to fit my hand without rapping my knuckles on the cutting board! Very sharp, and a joy to use"
"Okay this knife? This thing is wild. Personally holding out for a Denka Mega Nakiri but this will absolutely do in the mean time. It’s got a bit of heft but definitely allows for some solid, easy cuts on your larger vegetables. You do need something small to compliment, I have my bunka which I prefer to a paring knife but if you’re comfortable with a paring knife just go with that guy. I absolutely 150% recommend this knife for an inexpensive, high quality all-round knife. The slight curve to the blade still allows for a rocking motion, where as the low point allows for a nice, even slice without contacting the entire length of the blade and therefore keeping the edge near the back a bit sharper for a bit longer. Only dislike is the handle but I have an affinity for the Japanese style handles and therefore it doesn’t lose any stars because that’s just personal preference"
