Get a couple so you always have one in rotation and for making perfect quenelles, you won't regret it. These are genuine and worth the price to get them to the UK* from Knifewear, an authorised reseller, in my opinion. (*JB Prince requires a ~$300 order which is a LOT for a spoon or two, especially with customs charges and tariffs on top)"
