Knife Sharpening

"Amazing guidance and long lasting education. Ryan allowed me to get the edge on the situation and gave me skills to hone moving forward. The course gave us a foundation to develop not only skills, but a passion for knife maintenance. I recommend it for anyone wishing to bridge the gap between user and custodian. Thank you."

Excellent class if you are thinking about it just do it!

"I have started to look into and get into the world of Japanese knives and purchased two. Wanting to be able to sharpen them myself thought I should take the class. It was excellent lots of good information and able to get hands on with a lot of the gear they sell to help figure out what you want to purchase. Colin did the class and he was awesome. Can’t recommend it enough!"
