Yep

"After a good seasoning this will be the only pan you use. At home or professionally. Only gripe is i wish I'd bought the larger one."

Mr g. (5/5)

Wonderful Pan

"Pan works very well with fried eggs. The slide of quite easily but you do need to add a bit of oil. The pan is functional, light and beautiful at the same time."

Alok K. (5/5)

Fujitsu kinzoku pan

"Very good lighter weight than my old cast iron pan."

Laurie S. (5/5)

Good simple pan

"Nice medium sized pan for eggs and such. Well made construction - does what it needs to do."

Daniel C. (5/5)

Unreal value

"Carbon steel pans that are of this quality are more in to 90+ dollar range. This is what I love about KnifeWear, they use their relationships to import directly from Japan. They work will craftsman with every single item they import. . which means you get great value value. I use this almost everyday and I love it. Similar to both cast iron and aluminum pans but carbon steel is all the best components of those pans into one. Still stoked I grabbed this!"

Jonathan H. (5/5)

Great little pan

"Love this plan, my eggs don't stick! I only did one coating of seasoning and it was enough."

Lucina L. (5/5)

Carbon steel pan

"Sturdy product"

Jr M. (5/5)

Hard to set up

"It's a great pan. It looks good but it is definitely a learning experience. I have used cast iron pans all my life and have no problem getting them seasoned. And although this comes pre-seasoned unless stuff is swimming in oil then it is hard to control from a sticking pov. It gets hot fast at low speeds. I'm sure it'll become a great addition to my kitchen once I'm used to it but there is a learning curve."

William J. (4/5)

Great pan, no complaints

"Cooks evenly, and durable. Non-stick with some light seasoning. Good entry into carbon steel pans."

Charlene P. (5/5)

High quality

"Exceed expectations and fast shipping"
