Not a good professional kitchen knife

"Was suggested this knife by the sales person, who was very nice by the way, after I had requested a sturdy stainless steel knife as I was going to use it in a professional kitchen that is quite busy. I knew it would get banged around a bit and be in contact with a lot of product and water, so stainless and sturdy was important to me. Within the first few time of using it, the blade started rusting. Not only that, but I got a chip on the blade and the tip broke off. I can attest that I have not yet had a chance to use it on any robust product yet, only vegetable and cooked meat, no bones or frozen food. No dishwasher, only hand wash. I have brought it home to slow the progression of damage, and brought to work my reliable Victorinox chef. Disappointed. Handle, comfortable. Blade, sharp."

Recent purchase

"My family has always bought your guys knives and I truly have no knowledge on what’s what. But I used this knife once and had it chip due to the blade being so thin. Next purchase will have to be a bit more sturdy I guess ."

Everything I wanted

"I was looking for something to up my global collection and boy oh boy was this the perfect pick. I work in industry and I use this bad boy every day and it’s still as sharp as the day I got it, unfortunately because it is carbon steal on the inner layer it is a little brittle so you have to be careful. But like I said definitely worth the purchase"

Great knife!

"This was the first of many knives that I am buying to upgrade my knife collection. Great knife that is very comfortable to use. I'm used to European handles so it is comfortable for me to use. It has a longer blade than a few of my other knives and it took some getting used to. It was so sharp! Slicing my first onion and tomato with this knife was dream-like."
