"Love it. I have tested the Soto at home with great success on various fishand seafood items as well as chicken and steak. I have also taken it on boat trips up to Pitt Lake which made a bbq unnecessary to bring along and set up. Super quick to use and super easy with excellent results. Just be mindful of what is underneath your cooking sheet. The flame is very very hot."
