"LISTEN, I'm not new to food prep, what I am new to was this peeler. This thing is sharp. I'm talking absurdly sharp. I felt it was time to upgrade my old Kitchen aid peeler, what I wasn't prepared for was how easily this glides through everything. Including 2 of my fingers. I'm talking, peeling potatoes, didn't notice a thing until the potato was covered in blood. This easily took 1/4 of an inch off the tip of my 2 fingers. There was so much blood that I googled "how much blood can you lose before you pass out". Its asking to add some media, but I feel like the picture of the peeler with the tips of my fingers still on the blade isn't what everyone is after. My next purchase purchase will be the knifeware cut resistant safety gloves because god damn."
