À propos des grils Konro Le mot japonais "konro" désigne toute source de chaleur utilisée pour la cuisson. Un barbecue konro est un type spécial de gril japonais qui est généralement suffisamment long et étroit pour que les brochettes de yakitori puissent reposer sur les parois de la boîte et ne pas tomber dans les braises en dessous. Il existe également des versions plus larges pour accueillir de plus gros morceaux de viande, comme un faux-filet. "Cheers from Texas! I placed my order for this Japanese Konroe not sure if I should order from knifewear. It’s located in Canada and with tariffs and relations being what they are, well, you can understand my hesitation. I could not have been more wrong. I placed my order and Knifewear had it delivered in less than a week. Hands down, the fastest fulfillment of an order I’ve placed online ever. The shichirin was immaculately and safely packaged. Best I’ve ever experienced. As for the Sichirin—I’m in Deep South Texas—so I am waiting for the weather to cool off a bit. But I have no doubt I’ll truly enjoy this Japanese cultural marvel of cuisine. I look forward to skewers full of ribeye, chore ribs, fajitas, chicken, and pork. Along with plenty of veggies. "We used 4pieces of ogatan charcoal from knifewear and It last for 6 hours. It keeps us warm at the camping site and our foods were perfectly cooked. The slow cooking BBQ gave us the time to enjoy the moment without worrying about the meat being overcook. Its easy to carry. The downside about the Konro, its that its easy to break."

"Got this bbq for my as a gift for my boyfriend. I thought it would be small, but it is the perfect size for 2-3 people. He have used it twice and we are in love with its perfomance. It takes some time for the charcoal to get it going, but once it is lit, it sears meat and veggies in no time. Food tastes amazing and we cant get enough. Cant wait to have another bbq session. It is a lot of fun to cook in it and take our time to enjoy our meal. Definitely recommend this product."
