"Overall, I am really satisfied with this purchase. I had been interested in a Chinese-style knife for daily use due to it's versatility and this knife has really checked all the boxes. It has a good a good weight and balance, a smooth feel for slicing and a bigger belly than a typical Chinese-style knife which allows for easy rocking as well. I also love the big flat sides for scooping chopped ingredients, which means you don't have to switch between your knife and scooper/scraper (just be careful). The associate at the shop was very helpful as well, and made the decision process a lot easier for me - really great service and knowledge about the products."
