"Amazing"
"It was light and have good handling."
"We purchased a number of these as corporate Christmas gifts to our managers. They are amazing knives, comfortable to use and they are beautiful to look at. We have received a lot of compliments from those who received them. We are now going to start using these as gifts to high-level customers. Also, the customer service at Knifewear is truly amazing and very helpful!!"
"Knife is truly a work of art which my son loved receiving and using."
"It's very light it's easy to work with and precise."
"This is a great knife, beautiful in design and cuts very sharp and smooth. I have been using it for around a month and I treat it with uttermost care. Wash it right away by hand, dry by hand. Props also to the knifewear team! The sales attendant was patient and clear in explaining the different viable options with what we wanted and with our budget, on sale he did an extra sharpening with this knife."
"Had been looking for a quality Japanese knife and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The sakai takayuki cuts so effortlessly and smooth. Been using it for about three weeks now and it's still pretty sharp. Will definitely be shopping with knifewear again. Great selection and value!"
"Best knife I own. Cuts everything like a hot knife through butter. Absolutely gorgeous finish."
"Beautiful knife, maintains an edge for the long time without honing. I use it every day, I don't need to baby it unlike some of my other high carbon Japanese knives. Japanese handle is fantastic."
