"Might be my technique, but the torque at the hinge end was lacking versus my old knife. The handle felt good but… The thin end did seem to dig a little deeper. Good for some oysters not for all. Keeping it as an option when needed."

"Shucked up a mix of west coast oysters on its first afternoon and it performed flawlessly. Great service in the store as always."
"I participated in one of Knifewear's oyster shucking classes (in collaboration with ShuckIt and Sea) where we learnt to use this shucker. We have a more new York style shuck at home but this one was very easy to use, grip is nice and easy to clean. After the class I knew this was the one for me and can't wait to use it at home!"
"Never received two oyster shucking knives, they were held up by DHL for concern that internationally I could be a terrorist, doing money laundering, or moving drugs. Discussions with Knifewear were positive, it was solely DHL screening the Knifewear order. Apparently the order was returned to Knifewear and I was still charged $20 for the shipping costs."
"Comfortable, and does what I is meant to do"
"After years of struggling with mass market oyster knives we found this - it’s unassuming, but the blade and design are fantastic. Highly recommended."
"I have been using a straight knife for a while, I find this much better for the variety of oysters I get locally (Fanny Bay, BC)."
"Very happy with these shuckers . I would highly recommend them for anyone. Thank you so much, Knifeware"
