À propos d'Opinel - Opinel est le couteau de poche français par excellence. Leur histoire de la forge de l'acier remonte au début des années 1800 dans la famille Opinel, et le système de tailles numérotées qui les a rendus célèbres a été créé en 1897 par Joseph Opinel. Face à l'augmentation de la demande, Joseph a déménagé l'entreprise à Pont de Gévoudaz pour créer une plus grande usine, innovant de nouvelles machines de fabrication de couteaux, formant des travailleurs et apportant l'électricité au village pour la première fois ! Aujourd'hui, Opinel est un design reconnu internationalement. Son design minimaliste n'a guère changé, à l'exception de nouveaux styles innovants et de l'utilisation d'aciers modernes de meilleure qualité.
