Le « Higonokami Sada Kanekoma » ou HIGO est un couteau de poche japonais traditionnel qui date de 1894. Maintenant forgé par Mitsuo Nagao, forgeron de cinquième génération, l'entreprise a décidé de faire du « petit couteau » une lame pliante il y a quatre générations, et c'est ainsi que le HIGO est né. Ils sont fabriqués avec de l'acier du district de Yasugi par un processus appelé « le polissage au feu »… n'est-ce pas incroyable ?
Le Kanji sur la lame se traduit par « Higo no Kami Sada Kanekoma ».
