À propos de Mizuno-san - Mizuno Seisakusho a été fondée en 1937 en tant que forge spécialisée dans la fabrication de lames de rabot pour le travail du bois. À mesure que le travail du bois traditionnel déclinait, ils ont commencé à forger davantage de haches et de hachettes, expérimentant différentes formes et manches. Did You Know? Mizuno axes are hung on a Japanese oak handle, which means that in dryer climates, your axe head may come loose! This is normal and can be easily fixed! Take a rubber mallet & gently hammer the bottom of the axe handle.  This will "counter sink" the axe head. Then, using any hammer, gently tap the exposed metal ring sticking out of the top of your axe head. This will sink the wedge deeper into the handle, expanding the wood and negating any wobbles!
