"I opted for the Curve tweezers and find they work great. They are very well made and feel substantial in the hand. I had intended to use them for cooking small things such as shrimp, scallops, chicken wings etc. but I discovered they work great for turning bacon and imagine they would also be great for frying schnitzel and other thin breaded proteins without pulling off the breading. The more I use them the more I find myself reaching for them instead of tongs."
