Great Informative Class

"I thought the class was very interesting and informative about knife sharpening. I learned a lot about sharpening techniques. I really enjoyed the hands on part of the session. The two hours flew by and I wish we had more time to sharpen our knives. Definitely a great course if you want to sharpen your own knives properly. The store and staff are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about knives."

Knife Sharpening Class was fantastic!

"The knife sharpening class and it was fantastic, the instructor was very knowledgable and explained things well. I've always been curious how to use a whetstone and it was satisfying to learn with hands on experience, plus my old knife is sharpened! It was a worthwhile experience and I was glad to have done it."

"Amazing guidance and long lasting education. Ryan allowed me to get the edge on the situation and gave me skills to hone moving forward. Excellent class if you are thinking about it just do it!

"I have started to look into and get into the world of Japanese knives and purchased two. Wanting to be able to sharpen them myself thought I should take the class. It was excellent lots of good information and able to get hands on with a lot of the gear they sell to help figure out what you want to purchase. Colin did the class and he was awesome. Can’t recommend it enough!"
