"great knife"
"Great value for the money, absolutely loving it. I thought I might be encroaching on Nakiri territory but it isn't so, they compliment each other very well. I was needing something to go through heavy veggies like squashes and what not. It simply breezes through everything though in an entirely different way to the Nakiri. I haven't gone at any bones or the like but breaking down a daikon from pealing, chunking and then creating shavings to pickle was seamless. I have quickie sharpened it once so far and it takes a wicked edge. I imagine the edge will be incredible once I do a full job on it. I don't think you can go wrong with this knife."
"love this cleaver"
"Just what I was looking for when the going gets tough"
"This cleaver is wonderful! It works so well for cutting vegetables all the way to bones! Best part is it cuts meats like a hot knife through butter! 10/10 would recommend"
"I confess to not being much of an expert on this knife. . . but it makes short work of a number of tough bones and joints."
