Quand beaucoup de gens pensent à un couperet chinois, ils imaginent un couteau polyvalent qui peut presque tout faire. C'est ce couperet. Le Kau Kong tranchera l'ail, fendra la courge et coupera le rôti de porc. Évitez simplement les gros os !
Il prend un tranchant diaboliquement aiguisé grâce à un noyau en acier au carbone Shirogami #2, et un revêtement protecteur en acier inoxydable signifie que seul le tranchant doit être maintenu au sec pour éviter la rouille.
À propos de la forme - Ceci est le couteau de chef chinois par excellence, fabriqué en acier à haute teneur en carbone, et il est parfait pour une large gamme de tâches similaires à un gyuto de 210 mm ou 240 mm.
