Went above and beyond for an important piece
"Brought in an old folding knife that belonged to my dad, who passed back in 2023. It was pretty beat up with a broken tip and crack near the tip. Asked for them to reshape and sharpen the blade. They were very good about giving me info and asking me questions. Assured me it was in good hands. Picked it up the next week and it was better than I could have imagined. Looked great and functional again, but the character was still there. Can’t even describe how happy I was with the work and how much it meant to have that knife be usable again. Don’t hesitate to to use Kent for repairs and sharpening of your favourite knives!"
