J'adore manger des boules de riz. En faire, pas tellement. Mes mains de Néandertalien produisent toujours des rochers plutôt que des boules, ce qui me fait grandement apprécier ce moule à boules de riz en hinoki ! Préparez des onigiri rapidement et sans effort, avec en prime un léger parfum de bois de hinoki ! Placez-le contre une planche à découper, remplissez-le à moitié, ajoutez votre garniture, puis complétez et pressez avec le couvercle.
Avant la première utilisation, faire tremper dans l'eau avec un peu de vinaigre pendant une heure. Pour les utilisations ultérieures, faire tremper le moule dans l'eau pendant 5 minutes avant utilisation. Après chaque série d'onigiri, humidifier légèrement l'intérieur pour éviter qu'ils ne collent. Laver à la main et sécher à l'air libre, ne jamais le mettre au lave-vaisselle.
