Bough this as an upgrade
"Bough this as an upgrade from my very old bamboo cutting board. It takes time to get used to the grip it has on the blade when you chop, but I really enjoy the bigger surface area and the way it feels to cut & chop on it!"

"Bough this as an upgrade from my very old bamboo cutting board. It takes time to get used to the grip it has on the blade when you chop, but I really enjoy the bigger surface area and the way it feels to cut & chop on it!"
"I recently got the 600x350x20 FSR Pro-Soft and it is great. I have experience with other synthetic rubber boards and this is a more user friendly version. The wood core keeps the weigh down while also making the board rigid. The board itself is very soft and has a great feel while cutting. Great for precision. 10/10 would recommend!"
"Excellent purchase. Fast delivery."
"Durable yet soft on my knives, this chopping board is fantastic for processing veg, meat, and carving. I wouldn’t use a cleaver on it though."
"Seems to provide a great surface for cutting and really like the grip it has on our granite counters. Probably a little bigger than I needed."
"This is my first Hasegawa. I have lots of experience with asahi and high soft and i was not expecting to like this board as much as i do. Its lightweight, super sturdy with the wood core and it feels great under a knife. Its my new favorite. We’ll have to revisit this in a few months after some heavy use to see how it holds up but i suspect it’ll be just fine."
"Great quality board that keeps your knives sharp as advertised. Size is great for being able to multi-task and push things to the side. Docking 1 star because despite the description, I found it slips around very easily. Nothing a wet towel or non-slip mat can't fix though, and I prefer those to any cutting board's feet anyways."
"I bought this board after reading some reviews. It does the job but not any better than a much cheaper plastic board. I also purchased the non slip mat that came recommended on this site. Even though I bought the smallest board, the mat is only maybe 1/3 the size. Really cutting corners at every step."
"Great auditory feedback, light, and soft on the edge. No brainer."
"I bought this for my best friend, who just started cooking for his family more, and it's perfect. Low fuss yet all the advantages of a nice wooden board"
