La seule planche à découper conçue spécifiquement pour les couteaux. Les planches à découper Hasegawa sont prisées par les chefs et les amateurs de couteaux pour leur surface douce qui cède au tranchant de votre couteau, sans le rayer ni le marquer comme les planches en bois traditionnelles. Hi, do they make a bigger version of this for home use board? Or is that the FSR20-4626 $150 one? Thanks.
The FRK20-3620 is slightly harder than the other Hasegawa boards we offer, we do not have a larger one in the same line. The FSR20 & FSR25 boards are larger but are softer too.
I'm trying to decide between the Hasagawa Cutting Board for Home Use vs the Hasagawa Soft Cutting Board with Wood core. Both descriptions mentions a wood core. I don't know anything about these boards so I'm wondering what the difference besides dimensions and price?
Hi Jacob, thanks for the question. Functionally, there is really a big difference, they are made from two different synthetic materials, but we've not seen any differences. Really it comes down to the sizes you are looking. - Ellie
