"Great knife. Cuts winter squash like butter."
"These knives keep their edge well and cut very smoothly. The get very sharp and remain so for a long a time. They look great and are easy to clean up. Very similar to the Santoku but shorter."
"Awesome"
"Bought this knife as an intro to Japanese knives and so far it has exceeded my expectations. Cuts like butter and for the price point I can't complain. I have big hands but I still might have overestimated the length."
"My first purchase from Knifewear and it was terrific. Staff was knowledgeable and helped us to make the right choice. Knife is awesome and I can't wait to add to my collection."
"Just kidding, I will use it every day."
