Easiest fluffy tamagoyaki ever

"It is so non stick that the eggs just glide. Easy to clean and maintain. Just oil it properly before and after. Wash/soak it with hot water to soften any burnt/residue then scrub with stainless scrubber or by hand. I used to have non stick purple coating pan from amazon before and the coating just isn't there anymore. Scratches everywhere and the eggs started to stick. Unlike this carbon steel, it is very forgiving for sharp objects and won't affect the non stick."

Surprised Myself

"Easier to use than expected, also seasoned it with their cast seasoning. First Tamago came out no problem."

Must have frying pan!

"This pan is practically essential to cooking perfect tamagoyaki and in my opinion the best way to enjoy eggs! There's undoubtedly a learning curve to rolling omelettes, but once you get the hang of it they're a snap to make! It's a well crafted pan with a good weight to it. The carbon steel allows you to have decent control over the heat as you're cooking. Be sure to keep it seasoned and you won't have any sticky issues!"

Works like it should for

"Works like it should for Japanese omelettes. Small enough to store away, and easy to clean up. Happy with this purchase."

Jen W. (5/5)

Well designed frying pan

"I’ve watched videos of eggs being prepared in these pans and wanted to try it. So far … I’m still practising. But the pan is great. Seasoned it a few times and so far no burnt or sticking egg messes. I still need more practice at the rolling technique."

Dale C. (5/5)

Nice build and Non stick naturally

"It's a solid build, and came pre-seasoned. Truly non stick. Highly recommended."

Amazing!

"Amazing!"

looks great

"looks really nice, and even better as the seasoning builds up"

Hunter G. (5/5)

Fun pan to learn classic technique

"Very happy with the build quality and size - good for 2-4 eggs. Makes much more neat and tidy rolls compared with round pans - the trick is navigating the corners. I suggest purchasing a small cake server sized metal spatula for use - square edges and small width are the trick."

Daniel C. (5/5)

I love this egg pan

"I was worried about sticking but after following the season instructions this little pan is flawless. Love!"
