Super thin!

"A super thin blade - can easily cut or chop soft foods while cooking. Narrow blade and straight shaft means not ideal for flipping foods in a vessel with deep sides (so you could flip a small pancake on a griddle but not a wide crepe or food in a deep pot with ease). Gorgeous streamlined style. Best for small hands!"

Handy little addition to my kitchen!

"Great, spatula for all sorts of jobs! I just bought this item last month and have already used it a bunch of times. Superb for getting under cake and serving! I'm very pleased with this purchase. Wonderful staff at the Calgary shop as well!"

Great kitchen tool

"Fantastic spatula for use on carbon steel pans! Edges are a little sharp, so it might scratch your pan surface a bit. Flexibility is great as well"

Amazing Spatula

"It's not too stiff nor too flexible, can't wait to use it with fish."

Eatco flexible spatula

"Great spatula for using at home making pancakes or using to removing food from a baking sheet at work!"

Beautiful spatula, jury still out.

"Why’d I buy this? Because I thought I needed a turner that was narrower than my regular pancake spatula and wider and more flexible than an old, steel butterknife blade for flipping, say, silver dollar pancakes in a small cast iron pan with high-ish sides, or dealing with small pieces of meat, one at a time, browning in a crowded skillet, that need scooping up off the surface rather than lifting with tongs or a chef’s tweezers. The jury’s still out. I tried it with pancakes today and found it too narrow: the first flip would have proved fatal for the pancake, though it was fine thereafter. It’s beautifully made, amazingly flexible and thin. It’s good in the hand, though I’d prefer if the edges were a little more rounded. I may try some fine steel wool to bevel them off a bit. I may do the same to round the blade corners as well: they tend to dig into the pan surface. It has a hole in the handle end for hanging, but I prefer to store it in the spatula drawer with its bigger, less elegant turning tools, ready for work."
