Behold, the mighty Tsuboe grater! Use is to grate wasabi, daikon, ginger, nutmeg, nutmeg or any other strong ingredients you might use a microplane for. The teeth are intentionally mis-aligned, to create maximum grating action in both directions.
- Available in 4 sizes.
- Razor-sharp stainless steel cutting edges.
- 2-in-1 front and back dual surface grater on the Small and Medium options. Mini has only one fine grating surface.
- Fine grater on the back is ideal for yakumi oroshi, such as grating ginger, wasabi root and garlic.
- The simple minimal look grater is ideal for both home and commercial use.
