The most ergonomic, easy-to-use shucker there is! By studying the physics of oyster shucking, Toadfish designed a tip that provides better leverage than the average shucker. The blade is sharpened on both sides, allowing you to separate meat from shell without scrambling your precious mollusc.
Japanese steel allows this oyster knife to hold its edge incredibly well.
- Oyster knives work best with a twisting motion to open hinges. Prying motions can snap the blade.
