You can get a class gift card instead of a regular dollar value card here: https://knifewear.com/products/cut-like-a-chef-and-sharpening-class-gift-card These cards are just for a classes so when the recipient is ready to pick a class they just go online, book the date and time they’d like and enter the gift card in the checkout to pay for it. There is no expiry on either type of gift card. You can definitely forward the gift card after purchasing it. There is a code (it will be super obvious) on the email that is used for the gift card so as long as you don’t delete that anyone you forward it to can use the gift card.

- Gift cards don't expire so you don't need to worry about that! There is an option when ordering to send it directly to the recipient but it will send it immediately so if you want to time it for them to get it on a certain date you'll want to have it sent to you to forward to them :)
