This natural wonder has many uses! It stop bleeding from small nicks, deodorizes, and disinfects. Highly recommended for those little problems of shaving. Simply wet and use!
Potassium alum is also a great zero-waste natural deodorant. Simply dampen the block, and rub it into your pits.
HOW AND WHY TO USE YOUR POTASSIUM ALUM BLOCK
There are a couple of different methods used to apply potassium alum after you shave. The alum block will stop minor bleeding and it will immediately relieve razor burn.
- Rinse off shaving cream. Run the block under water, and rub the block on any bleeding nicks and cuts.
- If experiencing razor burn, try running the block everywhere you've shaved. For some, it fixes irritation.
- Towel dry your skin gently after use and apply aftershave.
- Let the block dry in open air between uses.
