Victoria, we're coming for you! We'll be at the Victoria Public Market at the Hudson from June 3-4, 2023, open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. We won’t be able to do any serious sharpening on-site this time around, but we will feature new knives to be seen, tested and taken home, in addition to our famous selection of Japanese-made sharpening stones, chef gadgets and other surprises.
Any chef worth their salt will tell you that your knife is the most important tool in the war on boring food. It's time to find a knife that inspires you.
