Knifewear Curbside Pickup and Sharpening

All Knifewear stores offer curbside pickup for items stocked locally, and curbside sharpening services.

Safety is our #1 concern, and we have a few measures in place to keep customers and staff safe.

Masks are required by customers and staff at all times inside the store.
We provide natural hydrating sanitizer for all staff and customers to use at the door and after touching their face.
All hard surfaces are sanitized frequently, payment terminals are sanitized after each use. Knives brought in for sharpening are sanitized on arrival and departure.
Occupancy limits are strict. We appreciate your patience and help keeping everyone safe.
Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms will be required to shop online, but we are happy to assist you over the phone or via our website chat.

If you'd like to shop in person, we can still help you narrow down the selection ahead of time to minimize your time spent inside of our shops. We have operators standing by on our website chat from 8am-8pm MST every day, so message us on our website or email us athello@knifewear.com.

Curbside Orders

All orders made at Knifewear.com can be picked up curbside if the items are in stock in your local store. If you are placing an order for curbside pickup, please do the following:

Select curbside pickup for your city at checkout. If the option is not available, we can ship those items to you.
After placing your order, please allow 24-48 hours for the local store to contact you to arrange pickup.
Once you have been contacted, you can swing by the store at the available times to pick up your order.

We offer free shipping over $100 in Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and Vancouver. Please expect a few days for the order to ship as we are experiencing high order volumes.

Curbside Sharpening

We are accepting curbside sharpening in Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and Vancouver. We are open from 10 am to 6 pm at all locations 7 days a week.

Please thoroughly clean your knives, and bring them in blade guards/ protectors or newspaper. Please do not wrap them in towels or anything that can't be thrown away or sanitized. Include a note that includes your name, email and phone number.

Drop them off at the appropriate time.

We’ll sharpen them in 48-72 hours, email you an invoice, and arrange a pickup time.
