Knifewear Curbside Pickup and Sharpening
All Knifewear stores offer curbside pickup for items stocked locally, and curbside sharpening services.
- Masks are required by customers and staff at all times inside the store.
- We provide natural hydrating sanitizer for all staff and customers to use at the door and after touching their face.
- All hard surfaces are sanitized frequently, payment terminals are sanitized after each use. Knives brought in for sharpening are sanitized on arrival and departure.
- Occupancy limits are strict. We appreciate your patience and help keeping everyone safe.
- Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms will be required to shop online, but we are happy to assist you over the phone or via our website chat.
Curbside Orders
All orders made at Knifewear.com can be picked up curbside if the items are in stock in your local store. If you are placing an order for curbside pickup, please do the following:
- Select curbside pickup for your city at checkout. If the option is not available, we can ship those items to you.
- After placing your order, please allow 24-48 hours for the local store to contact you to arrange pickup.
- Once you have been contacted, you can swing by the store at the available times to pick up your order.
We offer free shipping over $100 in Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and Vancouver. Please expect a few days for the order to ship as we are experiencing high order volumes.
Curbside Sharpening
We are accepting curbside sharpening in Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and Vancouver. We are open from 10 am to 6 pm at all locations 7 days a week.
Mail-in Sharpening
