In 2022 we had the pleasure of visiting craft shoyu brewer Yuasa, and fell in love with their incredible product. We've imported a handful of their soy sauce to share with you at a special event in our Calgary shop. In addition to telling the story of Yuasa and each sauce, we'll have a tasting and serve hors d'eouvres made with the sauces.
