Great product
"Was always on my knife until I got a magnetic knife block. It fit great and snug with no worries of it falling off. Now I got it stored to the side for future use when I move the knife to the bbq outside."

Knifewear Blade Guard 250mm- Great!
"I purchased three of these guards to replace the old, dusty stand up knife stand . I have proper , easy to remove and put on, guards that actually protect the knife blades AND my hand . And I have more room on my counter as a bonus . I will be using these guards on all my knives as they come in other sizes as well . Thanks Knifewear in Inglewood for friendly service too ."

Q&A
- Would this fit a 150mm honesuki? Or should I go a size up?
- The blades on a lot of lines will very slightly so if you're knife is listed as exactly 150mm I would go with a 200mm to avoid the tip poking out if it happens to be a little longer. I'd give the same advice on the longer ones if they happen to be the same length as your blade :)
- Hi Knifewear, After your recent sale, I need three new guards for the knives I purchased. I wish that you'd sell your knives with the correct knife guard already in place. I'm safe enough when I'm carrying my knifes in a roll but once I'm home, my knives go into the drawer reserved for them. I'm careful about reaching into the drawer blindly for a knife but I'd still prefer to protect the blades from bouncing off each other as well as to keep my hands safe from any contact with an 'unguarded blade'. Maybe you could offer a choice between 'naked' and 'guarded' blades so we could make the choice that suits us best.
- Hi there, thanks for the recommendation! There is a "you may need this" sction with every knife on the website that recommends whichever blade guard/saya and honing rod that goes with whichever knife but maybe we can make sure to make it more obvious! Thank you for the feedback, Alex
- What is the knife guard made out of?
- Hey there, it is made from plastic, with a felt interior. - Ellie
