I would bet money that this is the best oyster shucker ever made. LT Wright custom designed it for Calgary chef Paul Rogalski of Rouge Restaurant to use on his hit show Wild Harvest, where he co-stars alongside Survivorman Les Stroud.
The knife is built to shuck oysters with ease, while doubling as a culinary and bushcraft knife in a pinch. The blade is crafted from durable AEB-L stainless steel, while the beefy handle is perfect for large hands and nearly indestructible.
