About the Shape -
This slim, flexible boning knife is the perfect tool for the professional butcher, chef, or amateur looking to grow their skills. The flexibility offers excellent maneuverability around bones and joints, while the swept-up blade makes trimming and skinning a breeze.
Knifemaker Daniel Hilgenberg designed this blade with the guidance of butcher Justin Meddis, and chefs Matty Matheson and Rob Gentile were among the first to own them in Canada. This boning knife is crafted in Durham NC entirely from American-made material, including custom red & black G10 made especially for Knifewear!
