Collection: Sakai Takayuki Sanpo

Sanpo is the name of a new Sakai Takayuki workshop! They have a team of young craftspeople who are talented and eager to learn new skills and techniques. This line of knives is developed to help them grow their skills and confidence. Instead of working for their mentors, this line is produced exclusively by these young craftspeople. This is an excellent opportunity to own one of the knives made by future master craftspeople.
