$60,246 donated to Venezuela Earthquake Relief, July 6-19
July 6-19, 100% of knife sharpening proceeds from Knifewear Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, & Vancouver were donated to the Humanitarian Coalition for earthquake relief in Venezuela. The Knifewear Foundation doubled your donations, and the Canadian government doubled donations made before July 13.
We raised $30,123 from knife sharpening, the Knifewear foundation matched that for a grand total of $60,246 donated!
On June 24 2026, two powerful earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 struck northern Venezuela less than a minute apart, west of the capital, Caracas. Our hearts are with those affected, and we appreciate your help making a difference!
