Knifewear is finally returning to Kelowna this summer with a truck-load of Japanese knives, sharpening gear, kitchen tools and gizmos, books, and cutting boards.
We will also be sharpening knives on site!
We'll be there to tune up your knives, please drop them off on August 10th or 11th! If the knife requires repairs or we aren't able to complete it while in Kelowna, we'll be able to take the knives back to Vancouver to be sharpened and mailed back.
Any chef worth their salt will tell you that your knife is the most important tool in the war on boring food. It's time to find a knife that inspires you.
