They feature a solid bar on the underside for controlling cut thickness, so the platform is super stable to slice on and never produces uneven cuts. The adjustment knob is even paired with a thickness gauge, so you dial in your cuts to the exact millimeter!
Pair these features with a handy safety guard and three thicknesses of Jullienne blade and you've got the makings of the world's best mandoline.
