Sharpening Course

My wife and I purchased our first Japanese knives and decided it would be fun to learn and master our wet stone sharping, Sam was our instructor and 2 hours flew by, you can watch videos like I have but I needed the constructive criticism that Sam was more than willing to provide.
The course was perfect, fun and full of information.
Thanks Knifewear.
Oh and a bonus my wife picked out a cool little birds beak knife.
