POSTPONED - Knifewear Victoria Pop-up

Victoria Public Market at the Hudson
#6 - 1701 Douglas Street, Victoria
May 22-23
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No onsite sharpening.
Victoria, we're coming for you! We'll be at the Victoria Public Market at the Hudson from May 22-23, open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The pop-up will feature new knives to be seen, tested and taken home, in addition to our famous selection of Japanese-made sharpening stones, chef gadgets and other surprises.
We won’t be able to do any serious sharpening on-site, but if you bring us your knives we will be more than happy to take them home with us and ship them back to you when we are all done ($15 shipping plus cost of sharpening).

Any chef worth their salt will tell you that your knife is the most important tool in the war on boring food. It's time to find a knife that inspires you.

Meet the motley Knifewear crew of rehabilitated chefs, food network junkies, food lovers and knife nerds here to share wisdom on knife care, sharpening and the artful history of knives manufactured by generations of craftsmen. We look forward to seeing you there!

Mason Hastie

Mason's job is to make Knifewear and Kent of Inglewood look cool. Which is an easier job than it looks (don't tell Kevin) since both are much cooler than Mason. He enjoys owning knives that make him feel like a much better cook than he actually is, and looking at razors that make him wish he shaved more than once every five years.
