Hatsukokoro Saihyo SG2

The Saihyo (translates as "Diamond Dust") knife line from Hatsukokoro is a testament to precision. Hatsukokoro teamed up with a very skilled knifemaker in Seki, Japan to produce this line of knives. These laser thin knives are finished with a dazzling suminagashi Damascus finish wrapped about an SG2 stainless steel core and fitted with a wenge wood octagon handle.
