A Lovely Little Knife that Everyone Will Love!

"I wanted a new paring knife and chose this one. It's longer than the average paring knife but with its strong but very thin, super-tiny blunted point and somewhat flexible blade, it’s incredibly useful for so many tasks! It’s an incredibly great little slicer (guess that’s why they called it “Tranche”) and because of the shape of the blade, you can safely hold then blade to safely and cleanly remove even seeds from a strawberry with no damage to the fruit! VERY happy I brought this little sweetie home!!!"
