"A prize tool. . ! I bought this for making rolled omelettes, in order to strain the chalaza from the mixed eggs. This sieve is just the right size for two or three eggs at a time and it is coarse enough so it is not difficult to clean afterwards. It is also quite robust so it can be handled strongly and struck downward onto the pan in order to save and fry the chalaza separately at the end. I'm glad I found this. . !"
